Title: Chocolate Mousse W/strawberries

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

1pkPudding mix, instant choc. fudge, sugar-free
1cMilk, skim; cold
1 3/4cWhipped topping, light
  Strawberries, fresh; whole

In a mixing bowl, beat pudding and milk until blended, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Serve with strawberries for dipping. Can also be served over slices of angel food cake.

Diabetic Exchanges: One 2 tablespoon serving equals a free food; also, 25 calories, 60 mg sodium, trace cholesterol, 4 gm carbohydrate, 1 gm protein, trace fat.
